Mr. Prashant Ukani, Director of First Rate Investments Pvt. Ltd., brings over 22 years of hands-on experience in the Indian financial markets. His career is built on consistent growth, deep market insight, and a clear understanding of investment practices.

He began his journey in the financial sector with MSFL, where he was introduced to the workings of the stock market. His core learning and professional development took shape during his time at Angel Broking, where he progressed to become the Regional Head for Saurashtra. There, he gained valuable experience in market operations, investor behavior, and regional strategy management.

With a forward-looking mindset, Mr. Ukani launched his own venture, Fintree Growth Capital Services, a broking firm affiliated with Jainam Shares and Broking — one of Gujarat’s leading financial institutions. Under his leadership, Fintree has grown to serve over 5,000 clients, with active offices in Rajkot and Ahmedabad, providing well-structured investment solutions and personalized client services.
